LAPEL AREA SOCCER 2009 FALL SEASON

Plans are underway for the 2009 Fall Season. We always need more volunteers to help coach. Let us know if you are interested. August 22nd is the Kick Off event, where coaches will be here to meet the teams, order t-shirts, setup the fields and repair goals. The season will run from August 29th to September 29th.

THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF FOR LAPEL AREA SOCCER

Please read before completing registration forms and returning

1. A check or cash must be included with each registration.

2. Please fill out the form completely and include and special requests or situations that might require considerations.

3. Players will be placed in a particular group according to their age as of August 31, 2009.

4. Age levels will be broken down as U-2-3, U-4-5, U-6-7, U-89, U-10-11-12 based upon the number of registered players. A player must be at least 2 years of age as of August 31, 2009.

5. All players must furnish shorts, soccer socks, appropriate footwear, (#3) ball for 2-5 (#4) ball for 6-9 and (#5) ball for 10-12 and shin guards. We will provide shirts for each group and ask that the players wear them to all practices and games. We do have some balls & shin guards to loan out.

All practices and games will be at the Trinity Life Center Park located at the corner of 13 and 38.

Schedules and Team Rosters will be mailed out to you. We are hoping to have the practices and games from 10:00 to 11:15 and/or 11:30 to 12:45 depending on the number of teams we have signed up for the season.

Cost for Registration: $30.00 per child with a $5.00 discount for 2 or more family members

We are in need of volunteers. We need coaches, referees, organizers, field workers, cook-out planners, photo takers. When you fill out your child’s registration we are asking you to volunteer. We hope parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, or friends will volunteer to help support this great league of players. One or two hours per week is not too much for our children’s development, fun and enjoyment. We hope this program continues to grow and benefit all of our children.
