THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF FOR LAPEL AREA SOCCER

 Please read before completing registration forms and returning.

1.  A check or cash must be included with each registration.
2. Please fill out the form completely and include special requests or situations for us to consider.
3. Players will be placed in a particular group according to their age as of May 8th,
4. Age levels will be broken down as U-2-3, U-4-5, U-6-8, U-9-12, based upon the number of  registered players.  A player must be at least 2 years of age as of May 14, 2011.
5. All players must furnish shorts, soccer socks, appropriate footwear, (#3) ball for 2-5  (#4) ball for 6-8 and (#5) ball for 9-12.  All players need to have their own shin guards. 
6. We will provide shirts for each group and ask that the players wear them to all practices and games.  We do have some balls, shin guards, and shoes to loan out.  Check them out at registration.
7. All practices and games will be at the Trinity Life Center Park located at the corner of 13 & 38.

Team Rosters will be available Online and on the First Day at your T-Shirt Table - Please Pick One Up. We are planning to have the practices and games from 10:30 to 12:00 -  Coaches for the older teams may schedule and extra practice during the week.  They will let you know.

Cost for Registration $30.00 per child with a $5.00 discount for 2 or more family members registered.

We are in need of volunteers.  We need coaches, assistant coaches, field workers, grounds, team snack coordinators,.  When you fill out your child’s registration we are asking you to volunteer.  We hope parents, grandparents, or friends will volunteer to help support this great league of players.   We hope this program continues to grow and benefit all of our children.

We have coaching manuals for all coaches and will be adding a 5 minute devotion for each team to share each week. We will let you know the date for when the coaches training.
