Suzan Pierce is an early childhood educator with more than twenty years experience.  She is dedicated and motivated to providing the most ideal learning environments for young children while incorporating Christian values in the curriculum.  She has worked for MSD Lawrence township Centralized Kindergarten and the Early Learning Centers as both a music teacher and a classroom teacher.  She owned and directed Suzan's Kindermusik, which offered an internationally recognized music and movement curriculum for infants through age 7 years.  As director, she grew her Kindermusik program from 7 students to over 200 students and opened several Central Indiana locations.  Suzan enjoys sharing her love of music and the arts with young children and adults.  Mrs. Pierce is a talented soloist and piano teacher.  She is passionate about helping young children develop and grow spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally.  Suzan is married to Charlie.  She has three grown children and three granddaughters.  Some of her hobbies include traveling with Charlie, reading, needlework, and gardening.

Teachers:

Dawne Sanzone has lived in Lapel for over 20 years and has been on staff at Trinity for more than 10 years.  She is artistically inclined and very creative. Dawne uses her artistic gifts to ignite the creative spark in her students.  Her greatest passion in life is not only her own children but also the children of Trinity Preschool.  Dawne is married to Richard and has two grown children (Brent and Taryn), two children at home (Jacob and Regan). She is also the proud grandma of two grandsons. 

Heather Rusche is an energetic and experienced teacher.  She has been on staff with Trinity for the past four years.  Heather is dedicated to providing a safe, healthy, fun and loving learning environment for the children in her class.  She lives in Lapel with her husband, Mike and two daughters, Grace and Syd.  She is a yoga instructor and loves teaching her yoga classes.  She also enjoys reading, exercising, and family time.

Brittany Crull is a loving dedicated teacher.  Children immediately recognize her gentle nature.  She has lived in Lapel since 2001 and came to teach at Trinity Preschool when her youngest child began school.  Brittany is married and the mother of Kain and Lola who attend Lapel schools.  She volunteers in Lola's classroom at Lapel Elementary and with Lola's Daisy Troop.  She loves sports!  Brittany enjoys playing and coaching softball.  She is also a Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Cubs fan.  Her favorite pastimes are spending time with her husband and children, cooking, and shopping.
